Global Head of Consumer Compliance and Market Conduct Risk (Finance)
The Global Head of Consumer Compliance & Market Conduct Risk will be a key part of the Global Compliance team with a focus on leading the further development and ongoing oversight of a global consumer compliance and market conduct risk management framework. The individual will provide leadership on regulatory consumer compliance and market conduct risks and develop frameworks for regulatory compliance risk mitigation across all consumer product design and development and distribution channels including agency, face to face, telemarketing and digital.
As part of the framework, focus includes the development of key risk metrics dashboards, ongoing monitoring and identification of opportunities for implementation of automated controls. The role will also monitor regulatory developments in consumer protection and the use of emerging technology across the business including artificial intelligence.
The individual will be dynamic, business and solutions oriented and have experience in consumer compliance and market conduct risk management. A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to understand regulatory requirements and overlay regulatory controls effectively into business processes. They will be able to effectively liaise with regional and local compliance teams as well as collaboratively interface with areas in the business.
The role will report to the Chief Compliance Officer, Global Compliance.
