Home Health Aides (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aide for the West Roxbury area to assist with our Elderly client who is a Veteran.
Tuesday and Thursday/Friday 9a-1p or 10a-2p

Job Description:
- Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
- Assist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishes
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
