Senior Administrative Coordinator in Research and Academic Affairs (Finance)
This role will be hybrid once the initial training has been completed successfully (approximately 3-6 months). Your office will be located at our University Center Tower at the intersection of Fannin and Pressler. This building does have a parking garage, and employees pay a discounted rate to park there. It is on both Metro bus and rail service lines.

Position Key Accountabilities:
Certification/Skills:
Advanced working knowledge of standard Office Software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
Advanced working knowledge of University financial systems is preferred.
Minimum Education:
A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required. An equivalent education and/or experience level may substitute for the education requirement.
Minimum Experience:
Three (3) years related work experience required.
Prior experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or business management is required.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
