Pay: $119,000.00 - $205,850.00
What you will do
The Senior Manager Procurement, NPD Skin, Beauty and Essential Health EM is responsible for leading innovation projects, executing procurement strategies and managing supplier relationships within the Operations function. You will oversee the sourcing and purchasing of materials to support product development and innovation in the beauty and health industry:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of innovative procurement strategies for new product development in the Skin, Beauty, and Essential Health brands in line with the strategic recommendations from the global EM procurement category team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive creativity and innovation in the procurement process
- Gain expert understanding of brand needs and innovation territories for Skin Health, Beauty and Essential Health
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers and technologies to support the development of cutting-edge products
- Drive cost savings, unlock cash and fuel efficiency through creative negotiation strategies and supplier partnerships
- Stay current on industry trends and market developments to inform procurement decisions
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on new product development in the personal care industry
- Comfort in managing complex data and gleaning insights to create regular presentations and updates for leadership
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers

- Proven track record of driving innovation and creativity in procurement processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
What's in it for you
- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000.00 - $205,850.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
