Job Description:
The Workflow Coordinator will be providing excellent customer service coordinating the workflow of the department and handling the administrative duties. A Workflow Coordinator must work with other Coordinators and Supervisors to assure smooth transition between projects. The role will provide suggestions, be pro-active, and lead and motivate staff to ensure first-rate employee/staff relations. This position is located at a client office.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
The Workflow Coordinator works closely with the Client Development department, IS department, and secretaries.
Act as point of contact for inquiries related to InterAction and other support needs as requested by firm staff.
Duties include screening and acting upon the daily DCM tickets, as produced by users in the firm and the Vuture and IQ integrations.
Assists the Client Development department in their creation and maintenance of marketing lists.
Assists in increasing quality of contacts within InterAction by identifying duplicates and missing information in contact fields.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
The Compensation range for this role is 25.47 to 31.84 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
