Maintenance Clerk (Finance)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inventory, organize and catalog all spare parts for the Technical Department within the spare parts area and in the EAM system.
• Create Requisitions for all Technical Purchases.
• Maintain Maintenance PMs for forklifts to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
• Contact vendors to obtain quotes.
• Track and ensure contractor PM documentation is current.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification Level Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience Required

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience with technical background
• Hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting • Electrical troubleshooting • Blueprint reading
