POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce is responsible for the development and management of the overall strategic plan for global direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales-driving initiatives. They work closely with internal and external partners to drive the business to hit net sales targets, KPIs & platform metrics. They partner with their leadership on the development of net sales targets, expenses, KPIs & platform metrics. They monitor DTC sales daily and lead the team, including cross-functional partners, on the execution of campaigns, shifts & pivots to hit goals. They lead the development of the annual, monthly & daily platform plan with all team members and partners. They keep their team, leadership and all partners informed of business performance and all business plans in a timely and efficient manner.
