Although Hajoca is a large company, we work in a decentralized environment where each of our locations, called Profit Centers (PCs), is run by the Profit Center Manager as if it were their own small business. A typical Profit Center is the heart of our business and consists of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and (sometimes) a showroom. Our PCs conduct business under unique trade names and offer a customized business approach, honoring what's special about each local marketplace.

Sales & Leadership Trainee - Swimming Pools
Gorman Company - Stuart is looking for qualified candidates to join our Sales and Leadership Trainee - Swimming Poola Program and pursue a long-term career in sales. We will invest in a candidate's future by providing a multi-year development program that exposes them to all aspects of our sales departments. During the program, we will work in a structured, thorough manner to develop an aligned understanding of their skill sets and long-term career desires.
We will allow them the freedom to live into their dream by matching their passion, skill set and long-term goals with our needs. Upon completion of the program, we can provide long term opportunities in sales (counter, inside, showroom, outside).
During the rotational program, trainees are given guidance in all of our sales departments including counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales. Learning occurs primarily through on-the-job experience, and is supplemented with coaching from experienced managers, book and computer courses, and visits with customers and vendors.
