Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, L&D, and OD stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and recommend solutions aligned to both business unit/department and organizational priorities
Understand complex business drivers and engage with appropriate stakeholders to solve business challenges through learning and skill building
Facilitate leadership training programs, in partnership with other subject matter experts, to strengthen managerial skills and leadership capacity
Partner with HR Business Partner team to provide leadership coaching, feedback, and resources
Develop engaging training content, including virtual and in-person instructor-led sessions, eLearning courses, and job aids
Apply proficient knowledge of instructional systems design (ADDIE model, Bloom's taxonomy, adult learning theory) to develop learning tools and implement leadership learning initiatives
Contribute to the broader leadership development and succession management strategy
Execute learning initiatives aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless delivery and execution
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
Stay informed about new trends and technologies in learning and development to enhance training experiences
Ensures Learning & Development and HR standards are maintained
Apply knowledge of a performance management processes and systems, including linkage to learning and development activities and competencies
Work with internal communications, marketing and business unit stakeholders to align on communication plan and delivery
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
Experience
3+ years of experience in an HR-related function that includes, Learning Design and Development and/or Talent Management, Leadership facilitation and/or coaching
