Marijuana Infused Product (MIP) Production Associate (Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm)
A Marijuana Infused Product (MIP) Production Associate will be responsible for working with a team each day to achieve department goals. Ensuring they are abiding by all operational procedures and company standards. As well as reporting to their corresponding Shift Supervisors, Shift Leads, and Team Leads at the beginning, end, and throughout the shift. Responsibilities Include: · Working with a team each day to achieve department goals. · Ensuring they are abiding by all operational procedures and company standards. · Reporting to their corresponding Shift Supervisors, Shift Leads, and Team Leads at the beginning, end, and throughout the shift. · Inspect all products for quality assurance during each stage of the packaging procedure. · Ensuring proper placement of all products informational / compliance stickers. · Filling and assembling various products to predetermined weight. · Ensuring product is handled and cased properly during each step of the packaging process. · Identifying and notifying leadership with quality and compliance issues/concerns. · Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment · Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude/demeanor when addressing or interacting with others. Required Skills and Abilities: · Must be 21 or over (required by law). · Must have a year of production or manufacturing experience. · Must be observant and detail oriented. · Must have strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills. · Must have reliable transportation, good attendance, and be on time ready to work. · Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members and leadership. · Ability to work independently or with a team with guidance and supervision. · Ability to maintain a steady pace working in a manufacturing environment involving bending, kneeling, lifting, repetitive use of hands and fingers and other positions during each shift.
