Coordinator - Digital Production (Finance)
POSITION SUMMARY
The Coordinator - Digital Production position will be working in cooperation with the Production Services and Production Supervisors; and will be responsible to perform and direct a broad range of digital production activities.
Valid driver's license is required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinates all digital production activities to achieve the planned schedule.
• Coordinates, procures, and manages food, props, and merchandise inventory for production.
• Manages the lifecycle of props and merchandise, including tagging, preparation, storage, and organization throughout various stages of production.
• Continually looks for, suggests, develops and implements production improvements for the department.
• Provides status updates to Supervisors and Schedulers to support the planning/scheduling process.
• Assures consistency of information flow, quality and quantity.
• Assures that the assigned job orders are completed according to schedule plan.
• Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Production or related field
• 4+ years of previous digital production experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required. Valid driver's license is required
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe & Internet applications
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
• Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
