Technical Trainer - Epic Applications (Finance)
Schedule: Generally Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, may vary at times to accommodate meetings and classes. Will occasionally require some weekend work for upgrades, etc. Most classes are on site at our Administration building.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role involves scheduling and conducting small to medium-sized training sessions for Epic End Users, Clinic Leads, Managers, and Clinicians both in-person and online. You will deliver training across various skill levels, ensuring accuracy, comprehension, and effectiveness. Responsibilities include collaborating with Principal Trainers to develop training programs, collecting feedback, identifying training gaps, and providing refresher sessions. You will track and evaluate training progress through a Learning Management System (LMS), prepare materials, set up training environments, and address any classroom questions. Additional tasks include supporting go-live sessions, updating training content, and maintaining training records and schedules. Site support duties may also be required for go-live updates.

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
