Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in client services, business development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Skills: Proven track record of managing client services across multiple locations and industries. Experience overseeing Senior Account Managers and Client Account Managers, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Business development acumen with a focus on expanding service offerings and driving revenue. Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and project management tools such as JIRA. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and oversee operations at various sites.
