Software Support Specialist
Do you enjoy helping others solve software issues and making sure the support process runs smoothly? Do you like being the go-to person when things need fixing, working with end-users to find solutions, and supporting software success across teams? As a Software Support Specialist you will play a key role in providing software support, solve software issues, and create value in strong communication and teamwork. This role is perfect if you're proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering great service.
Provide prompt, effective technical support to end-users
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and offer efficient solutions
Maintain open communication with users, keeping them informed through every step
Proactively share known issues, workarounds, and software updates with leadership
Participate in software testing to ensure quality and functionality
Collaborate with the training department to support end-user learning
Build strong, positive relationships with internal teams and users
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
1+ year of hands-on technical support experience
Skilled in diagnosing software problems and finding effective fixes
RealPage software experience is a plus
Background in on-site property management is a bonus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general software systems
