Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Project Management)

IntelliTrans, LLC (ITL), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, to join our team in a hybrid role based in Conway, AR!  This position requires on-site presence at least two days a week, so candidates must live within an hour's drive of office location.

Job Summary: The Senior Supply Chain Analyst serves as a technical and strategic leader within the Supply Chain Analytics team. This role demands expertise in SQL and data visualization, end-to-end project management, and strong communication skills for customer engagement. The Senior Analyst is responsible for mentoring junior team members and driving innovation within the analytics function.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end-to-end projects, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring solutions align with their needs
• Develop advanced SQL scripts to handle large-scale, complex datasets
• Create highly sophisticated dashboards that adhere to best practices and optimize user experience
• Identify and implement process improvements across analytics processes and workflows
• Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering skill development across the team
• Proactively introduce new ideas, tools, or technologies to enhance the team's capabilities
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely project deliverables
• Standardize data collection by developing methods for database design and validation reports
• Complete other projects as assigned

Qualifications & Background

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field or combination of education and experience will be considered.  Master's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university and 6 years highly preferred.

Experience: 6+ years in Analytics; Data Visualization and/or SQL-related roles.

Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity working with data visualization and querying large, complex, database environments
• Intermediate+ proficiency in MS Excel and Access
• Intermediate+ proficiency in SQL (Oracle Preferred)
• Intermediate+ proficiency in Python
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Familiarity with Atlassian products preferred (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• High propensity to experiment and learn new tools and technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of personal drive and ability to self-manage
