Finance Intern (Administrative)

Position Responsibilities
Learn the different functions within finance / accounting team
Prepare billings, cash receipts and other basic accounting entries in our ERP with supervision
Research vendor inquiries or issues in a timely manner and maintain documentation.
Assist with electronic file organization as required
Update Resource Plans as required
Research Employee Expense report and Travel applications
Document procedures and processes upon request and interview team members
Perform other duties or research requests as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (specifically Excel Google slides and Google sheets)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to interact professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams to constructively resolve issues and resolve problems.
Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills
Compensation for this role is based upon experience, qualifications, location, and education is typically ranges from $23/per hour to $25/per hour.
