Human Resourcs Shared Services Coordinator (Finance)
The Human Resources Shared Services Coordinator will be responsible for supporting various functions within the Shared Services Department, ensuring efficient and effective operations. This role will involve coordinating activities across multiple departments, managing Team Member data, and providing administrative support to enhance the overall performance of the shared services team.
Salary for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.What We're Looking For
Education bachelor's degree in business administration, Management or Human Resources would be preferred, or a combination or the equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
What You'll Need for Success
Experience in HR systems (ADP, Oracle, Workforce now).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Good analytical and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated ability in problem solving and responsiveness to customer needs.
Ability to interact/collaborate effectively with Team Members at all levels.

What You'll Be Doing
Handles Team Member inquiries and resolves issues related to shared services functions in a timely and efficient manner.
Serves as a liaison between the Shared Services department and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve shared services operations and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Collaborates with relevant departments to address compliance issues and maintains accurate records of all reviews and checks.
Recommends new approaches, processes, and procedures to continually enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of shared services operations and departmental functions.
