The Human Resources Specialist:
The Human Resources Specialist helps plan, organize, and provide support for a variety of HR administrative responsibilities, processes, and events.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with employee onboarding and offboardingHR analytics, reporting and records managementMaintaining efficient HR processesCommunication with HR department and employees to resolve people issuesAudits and Investigations Utilize our HR System, Workforce Go, and shared spreadsheets to help manage New Employee Orientation Provide support for a variety of HR administrative tasks, processes, and events
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years experience in a Human Resources or Administrative position High school diploma Proficient in MS Office products Fluent in English Bilingual preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
