The Chief of Staff provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's quality/training and strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff is responsible for developing, enforcing, and evaluating risk management, quality/training policies, ensuring legal compliance and identifying long-term strategic goals to enhance organizational success.
We are looking for a Chief of Staff who must have:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field
Master's degree in business administration or related field, preferred
At least ten (10) years of of social services preferred, with strategic planning, and/or business development experience highly preferred
Must possess a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to an automobile
Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
Provides guidance and leadership to the contracts, quality, strategic initiatives and training
department teams; assists with the organization growth opportunities.
Supports continuous staff development by implementing learning and development programs to
ensure learning and skill development across all levels of the organization.
Ensures compliance with contracts, service of quality standards, safety, and other requirements
related to quality improvement monitoring's etc.
Collaborate with Finance to manage the budgets for the quality and training departments.
Job Essentials:
Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's mission, goals and strategic plan.
Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational success and market competitiveness.
Researches and develops relationships with key stakeholders and ensures program compliance with contractual obligations.
Travels to program offices, meetings, and events
