General Purpose of Job
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for managing and applying logistics operations for the Supply Chain Services Department at SECO Energy, ensuring the efficient handling of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and reverse logistics processes. This position oversees the creation and implementation of best practices for investment recovery, including determining and initiating the sale, scrap, repair, or reuse of used, obsolete, discontinued, or excess materials and equipment. The Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in tracking and verifying shipping and receiving documentation, monitoring non-stock materials, processing and tracking returns and replacements, and analyzing inventory for critical technology items. Leveraging strong analytical skills, this role identifies and implements process efficiencies and improvements, ensuring alignment with SECO Energy's Mission, Vision, and strategic goals. Additionally, the Logistics Supervisor leads and develops assigned personnel while collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to maintain seamless logistical operations.

S upervisory
This position has responsibility for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees in their respective customer service unit.
