Fanatic Assistant (Administrative)
We are seeking a dedicated Fanatic Assistant to assist in managing and supporting our expansive network of over 16,000 active dealers. This role focuses on providing essential phone and email support to Fanatic Distributor Admins, FAST teams, and Account Managers, ensuring that all Fanatic-related issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealer Support: Provide email and phone support to Distributor Admins, OAMs, and Fanatic dealers for inquiries related to the Associate Dealer Program (ADP).
Fanatic Program Support: Assist Falken Account Managers (AMs) and FAST teams with the management and smooth operation of the Fanatic ADP.
Quarterly Rewards Tracking: Monitor Fanatic Dealer quarterly reward payouts, tracking ACH/check transactions, returns, and rejections. Ensure corrections and re-submissions/re-issuances are handled promptly.
Dealer Locator Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating the PCR/TBR Falken Tire dealer locator on the website, ensuring accurate and current dealer information.
Inbox Support: Provide support for the following inboxes in Outlook: Fanatic, Fanatic Store, and Rebates, handling inquiries as they arise.
Fanatic Records Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy of Fanatic dealer profiles and maintain detailed records in the dealer report.
General Housekeeping: Complete various Fanatic and dealer-related administrative tasks to ensure program effectiveness.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support department administrator and management in daily operations related to marketing programs.
Provide backup assistance with dealer enrollments, re-signs, and SPIFF program support as needed.
WORK EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate environment involving interdepartmental collaboration, report creation, data entry, and customer interaction.
ACADEMIC/TRAINING: A degree from an accredited college is preferred. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience that equips the candidate to successfully perform the essential duties of the role will be considered.
SKILLS: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and superior organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This position may require up to 15% travel, including by plane and automobile.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The role requires the ability to stand, sit, move, stoop, crouch, and use fingers for extended periods. The position may involve walking on level surfaces, reaching above shoulder height and below the waist, and lifting up to 100 pounds. Candidates should be able to engage in strenuous outdoor activities, including in off-road, desert, or mountainous locations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This role involves routine travel, which may include flying, driving, attending outdoor motorsport events, working in entertainment venues, dining in restaurants, and participating in sports environments. The work environment also includes office settings and may involve exposure to inclement weather, depending on customer location.
