Medline offers a robust corporate rotational program that provides you with unparalleled flexibility experiencing multiple divisions before settling on a career. You will be able to take ownership on projects as well as get a feel for day-to-day work in each of your 6-month rotations. In addition to the project work, Medline will provide you with learning/networking opportunities throughout your rotations through available job shadows, lunch & learns with company leadership, in-house trainings/classes, and a formal mentorship program. The rotational opportunities will cut across all divisions, providing you with a broad and valuable experience, allowing you to see firsthand what it takes to be an industry leader.
Job Description
Rotation options include, but are not limited to:
· Marketing
· Product Management
· Operations
· Talent Acquisition/Recruiting
· Business/Pricing Analysis
The responsibilities of positions within the program may include:
· Regularly perform duties core duties expected of Associate level professionals in the assigned division/team
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and common goals
· Research the market and performing analyses to determine new opportunities to grow the business
· Communicate with customers, reps, internal departments, and vendors, as needed
· Recommend and implement improvements, modifications or additions to current state
· Participate in overall strategy, competitive analyses, research and development requirements, as well as other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
· Previous internship experience preferred
· Active interest in the Healthcare industry preferred
· Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow-up skills required
· Excellent presentation skills for large and small groups
· Must have strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Must have a bias toward action and be results oriented
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
