Kroll is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team for the Private Capital Markets Platform. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading SaaS solution transforming private asset valuations and empowering alternative asset managers to operate with greater efficiency and insight.

As an SDR, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the Private Capital Markets Platform. You will identify, connect, and engage with prospective clients, laying the foundation for meaningful partnerships. By leveraging your communication skills and deep understanding of the platform's value proposition, you'll generate qualified leads for our sales team to convert into long-term clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Research and identify prospective clients within private credit firms, BDCs, and other alternative asset managers.

• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to introduce the platform and its benefits.

• Qualify leads through discovery conversations to understand their challenges and needs.

• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule demos and hand off well-qualified opportunities.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM and track progress against KPIs.

• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform your outreach strategies.

Essential traits:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or private capital markets).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.

• Passion for technology and an interest in private capital markets.

• A proactive attitude, with a focus on results and building relationships.
