WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Small Agriculture & Turf Manager, you will be the leader that facilitates the development, implementation and optimization of strategies that support profitable growth for Small Agriculture and Turf products. Your expertise will guide the evaluation, planning, and execution of a customer experience vision that strengthens the brand and deepens customer relationships.
Innovation will be your compass as you continuously lead your team and identify, create, and implement new programs to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets. Along the way, you'll leverage your analytical skills to collect and interpret sales data, delivering actionable insights that inform strategy and decision-making. Regularly, you'll present these strategies and their progress to the leadership team, showcasing your vision and results.
Leadership and collaboration are also at the heart of this role. While you lead your team and oversee the online sales team and online sales tools, you will also be directing cross functional teams encompassing merchandising, marketing, finance, and operations in the B2C and B2B market segments to increase sales. Additionally, you'll work closely with the CRM team and major manufacturers to align efforts on critical projects, and work directly with the sales team and marketing department to ensure sales and marketing strategies are aligned.
The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic retail marketing professional with a comprehensive background in advertising, retail store merchandising, inventory planning, and direct-to-consumer sales of capital goods.
