We are seeking a Batch Plant Operatorfor our customer, County Materials Corporation, in St. Louis, MO.

Job Duties:
Ensures machine is kept clean and well maintained at all timesPerform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting the machine as neededWork closely with Plant Supervisor making sure that all concrete batches are produced in alinement with the production schedule.General understanding of manufacturing processesGood math skills - Attention to detail
Work Environment:
Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including hot or cold temperaturesWork near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazardsWork in confined spacesWork in a noisy environment
Physical Requirements:
SittingCarrying/Lifting 10 - 40 PoundsStanding / Walking / ClimbingSquatting/Crouching/Kneeling/BendingPushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder
Experience & Qualifications:
Ability and willingness to learn and be trainedSafety minded when performing tasksHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to operate forklift or other mobile equipment preferred, not required.Experience in the construction and/or building materials industry preferred, not required.Occasional heavy lifting may be requiredMechanically inclined
