Assistant General Manager (Project Management)

Directs the work of other, inspects rooms, checks common areas, and maintains a well-organized and effective front desk operation. This is a hands-on and tactical position, meaning the AGM provides support where needed to ensure the best guest experience. This may
include working any or all jobs at the property level. The AGM is most often the first representative of J&P Asset Management that guests meet when arriving at the property.
