Ensures Company initiatives and specialty programs are scheduled and executed as scheduled.Understands and supports the Brookdale Excellence Standards Tool (BEST) and appropriate state, federal, and other regulations related to resident programming and engagement.Maintains and adheres to department monthly budget and expense control while managing appropriate community vendor contracts.Where applicable, may assist with hiring and training part-time resident engagement associate(s) and may manage volunteer program and fitness center.Represents department in all community meetings, including but not limited to, Collaborative Care, All Associate, Leadership Team, and Care Planning.
