Fleet Specialist (Finance)

Johnsonville, LLC Fleet Specialist Position Overview: Johnsonville has a commitment to become the best company in the world by offering the highest quality products and maintaining a work environment that requires personal growth and superlative performance by each member. We are looking for an organized, self-starter to support Johnsonville's Private Fleet office operations. The Fleet Specialist will work within the team environment supporting scheduling customer delivery, data entry into various systems, invoicing third party vendors, processing invoices and driver payroll. Responsibilities:

• Schedule customer delivery appointments via web-based tools and email
• Confirm appointments and update Johnsonville's Transportation Management System
• Track and trace priority shipments
• Process invoices - receivables
• Prepare and monitor third party invoices for services rendered
• Support driver dispatch
• Process and submit driver payroll
• Other duties as assigned

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Experience:

• 1-3 years of previous experience in transportation (dispatch) preferred
• Applied knowledge of DOT regulations preferred

• Office administrative skills preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, i.e. Excel, Outlook
• SAP, E2OPEN (BluJay), Transportation Management System (TMS) experience a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communication
• Math and analytical skills a plus
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize based on deadlines.
• Process and summarize reports when needed.
• Customer service, both internal and external customers.
