THE ROLE
The firm seeks to hire a Sr. Principal Consultant to join Organizational Strategy in North America. Our specific expertise need is in organizational design and job architecture. We're looking for people who understand work - at the job level and as jobs come together into work teams and organizational structures. Ideally you will have formal experience in work measurement, job levelling, job family modelling, and in organization design.
The Sr. Principal will work closely with colleagues to deliver complex, customized and multi work-stream solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
