We are currently looking for an Office Manager with professional experience to join our team!

What youll be doing:
Support leadership by planning and maintaining work schedules, coordinating manpower needs, and facilitating employee assignments across projects.Oversee the coordination of office and project activities to ensure smooth operations, adherence to schedules, and compliance with budgetary constraints.Manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and project-related materials.Draft and format correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.Proactively identify and communicate potential issues, scheduling conflicts, or workflow disruptions to managers, and assist in resolving them effectively.Monitor incoming requests and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.Handle daily administrative tasks, including processing expense reports, purchase orders, supply requisitions, HR forms, and budgets.Prepare and deliver special reports or presentations as requested by supervisors.Perform additional duties to support office efficiency and team collaboration as assigned.Prepare special reports per supervisor requestMonitor timesheets, hotel stays, and vehicle assignments of field technicians.Book travel for new hires/field technicians as needed and assist in new hire orientation.Other duties as assigned
What were looking for:
Associates Degree; or a minimum of 2 years previous administrative experienceAbility to communicate both verbally and thorough writing in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable mannerAbility to multitask (using several screens and browsers and the same time, talk on the phone while navigating the system)Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional mannerAbility to comprehend, summarize, edit and paraphrase dataAbility to browse the internet and also use the internal systems and websites for our customersAbility to create, edit and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files and Power Point presentationsAbility to create, navigate, search and update Rogers Electrics systems (work orders, reports, quotes, invoices etc., emails)Ability to use office equipment (i.e.,fax, phone, scanner, copier, mail)Proficiency in MS Office SuiteOther duties as assigned
