Federal Work-Study| Office of the President (Finance)

Description:

• Interacts with all levels of university personnel, students, and the general population
• Prepares/submits vouchers and requisitions
• Performs data entry, as needed
• Runs various reports in PeopleSoft Finance
• Scans/files/copies/shreds of confidential documents
• Organizes department's supplies and equipment
• Works with other staff in the President's Office
• Performs other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Must be detailed-oriented
• Must be able to take initiative
• Must have basic computer skills
• Must have reliable attendance

Qualifications:

• Must be a current UHD student
• Must be approved for Federal Work-Study for 2024-2025
• Must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
• Must be able to work anytime Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
