QA Support - ODC Partnership
Land O'Lakes, Inc. is an American member-owned agricultural cooperative based in the Minneapolis-St. Paul suburb of Arden Hills, Minnesota, focusing on the dairy industry.
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, with flexible hours between 12pm - 8pm.
Payrate: $15.00/hr.
Description of Job Tasks:
Filing
Frequency - Daily/Weekly
Time Commitment - 10 min/50 min
Skill - Basic organization
Task - Maintaining records.
Manage SOP's
Frequency - Daily
Time Commitment - 1 hour
Skill - Basic computer knowledge, and data entry
Task - maintaining records, tracking SOP deadlines, owners, and completing necessary updates as directed by others.
Data Entry
Frequency - Daily
Time Commitment - 1 hour
Skill - Basic computer knowledge, and data entry
Task - maintaining records.
Doc Record Review Audits
Frequency - Daily as needed.
Time Commitment - 1 hour
Skill - Basic computer knowledge, and data entry
Task - Identify and update any QA doc record retention program items that show as out of date - compliance is within 3 yrs.
QA Swabbing
Frequency - Weekly - completed before Thursdays at 9 am
Time Commitment - 12-14 hours
Skill - Basic computer knowledge, data entry, basic range of motion (bending, twisting, etc.)
Task - Record activity, tracking, label swabs, perform swabbing, and enter into Lab vantage
Misc.
Frequency - Weekly

Additional Notes & Environment Considerations:
This position is in person, 306 Park St, Spencer, WI., preferably on Mondays, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Hours are flexible between 7:30am-5pm; approximately 20 hours a week.
Skills: Preference for someone with basic computer knowledge; excel spreadsheets, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
The environment will vary based on task: working in varying temperatures, independent work, full range of motion and varying noise levels, walking throughout the plant and up and down stairs.
