Position Summary
Designs, develops, and modifies moderately complex reports using human resources management systems (HRMS) systems. Implements, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains moderately complex systems to support enhancements, process improvements, HR policy changes, regulatory changes and enhance the end user experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs basic moderately complex system administration roles as necessary to maintain service levels & essential functionality
- Works with sponsors to implement program requirements designed to meet their business needs.
- Participates in cross functional projects that improve the learner experience and system stability. Implements internal & external reporting & provides analysis of identified trends in the data.
- Participates in training of HR Support Specialists and users. Works with IT and vendors to implement systems, upgrades and enhancements
- Maintains a working knowledge of applicable data dictionaries to be able to develop learning solutions & related reporting. Participates in the development of strategic plans & leads implementation of same

Qualifications
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or information technology, or related field, and two years related experience; or
- Associates degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or information technology, or related field, and four years' related experience; or
- High school equivalent and six years' related experience, required.
Additional Experience
- Working knowledge of related human resources systems and/or experience with database solutions preferred.
- Working knowledge of adult learning theory and training development techniques or a strong background in eLearning development, preferred.
- An orientation towards customer service is preferred.
- Some knowledge of LMS systems and/or reporting tools, preferred.
- Working knowledge of IT policies and practices preferred.
