Plant Operations Manager - Pipe - County Materials (Engineering)

We are seeking a Plant Operations Manager for our customer, County Materials in Roberts, WI.

Job Duties:
Oversees the daily production operations of the plant.Monitors operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are met/followed.Develops production schedules to meet internal goals as well as expectations of customers.Oversees production staff, including hiring/training of personnel.May be required to meet certain certifications in field.Reports to head of a unit or Dept.Plant Operations Managers manage production processes including raw materials management, quality, throughput and staffing.
Work Environment:
Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperaturesWork near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazardsWork in a noisy environment

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Performs a variety of complicated tasks.Leads and directs the work of others.Wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.
