The Enterprise Sales Executive will report to the Managing Director, Head of Platform Sales. In this remote role, the Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for growing the business through customer acquisition by uncovering and closing new business opportunities. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for focusing on opportunities with strategic accounts by utilizing deep consultative sales efforts. A successful Senior Sales Executive will become a key advisor in solution selling and close deals in the $250k - $1M+ ARR range while meeting assigned quotas. Managing all business development efforts including marketing, communications, training, and competitive analysis. This role is expected to be in the market and travel to key markets will be part of the strategy. The ideal incumbent will have a proven ability to identify and close profitable business opportunities and manage a defined territory or industry segment. Additionally, the Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing an extensive network of contacts and relationships within the health and benefits industry to identify new leads and manage pipelines.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Close new business deals with an average ARR of $250k-$1M+ to attain quarterly and annual quotas
Foster new relationships for Inspira with outbound efforts and establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision makers
Manage the entire sales process from lead through close
Manage the integration of client's and internal organizations to meet client's installation needs and close the deal.
Identify various ways to partner with the client by drawing from entire spectrum of product line.
Gain understanding of client's multifaceted needs and recommend appropriate benefits of full product array.
Create and execute customized demos and presentations
Create sales materials including proposals, custom business cases, financial models, memos, and implementation plans
Manage contract negotiations and legal review with the support of the Sales leadership team
Promote sales through in-person and virtual client meetings and industry conferences
Generate cross-selling opportunities by maintaining strong working relationships with other lines of business
Assume responsibility for updating Salesforce, including pipeline management, for respective relationships after the initial sales contact has been completed
