Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll & Compliance Analyst to oversee and ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll. This role combines the responsibilities of payroll compliance with payroll processing supervision, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining smooth and accurate payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex payroll compliance issues, working with payroll systems, and providing high-quality support in payroll administration.

Our target pay range for the Payroll & Compliance Analyst position is $85,000 -$100,000 per year. This pay range represents Moran's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
