The Fixed Asset & Lease Accounting Intern is part of the Global Fixed Asset and Lease Accounting team. We manage cradle to grave accounting for data center, real estate, and intangible assets in multiple locations around the world. Responsibilities

The Fixed Asset & Lease Accounting Intern will be provided an opportunity to immediately contribute through key projects. Throughout the summer, the intern will have a direct manager and will be given a work experience similar to current full-time employees. This will include, but not be limited to, setting goals, attending meetings, communicating project status, collaborating with internal employees, participating in 1:1s and creating presentations to management.

Required Experience

• Current student at an accredited college or university
• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Analytical and highly organized individual
• Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally
• Strong attention to detail

The compensation for this position ranges from $24-$52/hr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. Yahoo provides industry leading benefits for our interns including 401k plan, company holidays, and Summer Fridays. Eligibility requirements apply.
