Results Delivery Office (RDO) Director, Process & Risk (Finance)
Position Summary
The RDO Director, Process and Risk, will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining processes to maintain an integrated view of all strategic & transformation initiatives managed by the Results Delivery Office (RDO). This position will work closely with executive and senior leadership along with PMO Leadership to manage department and initiative interdependences, ensure coordination across all business units and communicate/manage risks to the strategic plan. You will lead a team of professionals and provide strategic insights on risk/change management, risk mitigation and process improvements.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, Finance or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, risk management, process improvement, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in related field, Certification in Risk Management (e.g., FRM, CRM) or Process Improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is highly desirable.
