Consumer Loan Generalist (Finance)
We are seeking a Consumer Loan Generalist for the Consumer Loan Origination Department.
The Consumer Loan Generalist acts in a support role for all positions in the Direct Consumer Lending department. This role is responsible for auditing multiple systems for users' quality input, account maintenance, and setup for onboarded loans. The purpose of the role is to ensure data accuracy on multiple systems. The focus will be on system integrity and account maintenance. The process associated with this role will ensure data exchanged between systems (for example between Upgrade and Credit Human) is operating as designed by auditing outputs and communicating with supporting stakeholders such as IT, Finance, and DCL management when it is not. The incumbent is trained in several department proceduralized tasks and understands how to perform these processes. This role will also perform special projects or tasks as needed.
