Executive Director (Administrative)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead and oversee the administration of our healthcare facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day operations, while maintaining a high standard of care, compliance, and safety. Youll be responsible for managing a dedicated team, enhancing quality assurance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Executive Director will manage a team of department directors, providing mentorship and support to foster growth and ensure the successful implementation of policies and procedures. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations for staff members.

Operations Management: Oversee the 24-hour operation of the facility, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the management team and department directors. Foster a culture of communication, accountability, and excellence. Ensure effective resource management (budgets, equipment, supplies).Regulatory Compliance: Lead efforts in survey preparation and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Actively engage with surveyors during on-site visits and ensure corrective actions are taken as needed.Quality Assurance: Lead quality assessment and improvement initiatives, including conducting regular regulatory compliance rounds and implementing corrective measures based on performance data.Safety & Risk Management: Ensure the safety of residents, staff, and visitors, including adherence to infection control protocols, OSHA standards, and disaster preparedness.Documentation & Reporting: Oversee all necessary documentation, from incident reports to training records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Policy Development: Develop and update policies that reflect best practices, legal requirements, and the facilitys mission.Ongoing Professional Development: Stay informed on industry trends and standards through continuous education and professional development programs.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.Previous experience in healthcare management, particularly in a leadership role, preferred.Experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of regulatory compliance standards is a plus.
Licenses/Certifications:
Nursing Home or Residential Care Administrator license (required based on the state and facility).Additional certifications in healthcare management are a plus.
