What you'll do:
The Business Analyst will be involved in various technical and operational initiatives across the organization. This position will work closely with Business Units and IT to define the scope of projects, gather/document requirements, identify system bugs/defects, and document business processes.
Act as liaison between the business units and IT to translate business objectives into technical requirements by creating detailed business requirement documents, process flow charts, or other required documentation. Coordinate review and approval of requirements with business units
Provide testing support by designing test scripts and fielding questions from testers regarding test execution and strategy
Suggest and implement recommendations to improve processes for requesting system enhancements, gathering requirements, defect resolution, and testing
Assist with managing defect resolution, replicating and reporting defects to IT/Development teams
Assist with coordinating monthly UAT Acceptance Testing
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Finance, Insurance, Business preferred)
Prior Business Analyst experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Banking preferred
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and must be equally proficient in both the business and technology areas.
Knowledge of standard business practices and working in team environment
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $59,000 - $80,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
