What you'll Do
The Infrastructure Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure solutions that support our business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend infrastructure technologies and tools to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture documentation.
- Ensure infrastructure solutions are aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the infrastructure team.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
What Experience and Education You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant work experience.
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Solution Architect or similar role leading global projects.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant experience and or certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).

- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements.
Physical Requirements
- Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions
- Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending
- Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work
- Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks
- May require travel by automobile and airplane for business
- May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing
- May require carrying loads related to travel and the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds
- Requires the use of various electronic tools
