Job Description:
The Claims Paralegal supports claims management, legal research, and quality assurance. This role requires strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Support claims management and processing.
Conduct legal research and provide legal support services.
Oversee quality assurance and reporting.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Maintain professional etiquette and organizational abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in law, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in claims management or a related role.

Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
The Compensation range for this role is 21.33 - 42.66 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
