The Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving growth, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Operations & Project Leadership Develop & Execute Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and implement projects that optimize manufacturing efficiency, automation, and cost-effectiveness. Operational Strategy Alignment: Ensure production, materials, and planning processes support long-term business goals, driving scalability and innovation. Technology & Process Innovation: Identify and integrate smart manufacturing practices, digital tools, and automation to streamline operations and drive competitive advantage. Project-Based Process Improvements Lean & Six Sigma Project Implementation: Design and execute continuous improvement projects that enhance quality, productivity, and cost reduction. Capacity Planning & Resource Allocation: Manage capital investment projects, ensuring alignment with expansion goals and production demands. Performance Metrics & KPI Optimization: Utilize data-driven decision-making to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and lead times. Team Leadership & Change Management Drive Organizational Change: Lead transformation initiatives focused on operational agility, workforce upskilling, and cultural engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and sales teams to align production with business objectives. Leadership Development: Build a high-performance operations team, fostering leadership and professional growth at all levels. Compliance & Risk Management Regulatory & Quality Assurance: Oversee adherence to ISO, ITAR, and safety standards, ensuring compliance across operations. Supply Chain Resilience & Risk Mitigation: Develop contingency plans to manage supplier risk, capacity fluctuations, and market volatility. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or industrial engineering, with a strong emphasis on project-based execution. Proven ability to lead high-impact projects and implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives. Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis to optimize operational expenditures. Experience in managing ERP systems, advanced manufacturing technologies, and smart factory solutions. Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive organization-wide alignment.
