Oversees the development, management, and administration of compensation staff and programs to ensure compliance and alignment with company objectives, policies, and government regulations.Direct, develop, and manage the design and administration of short and long-term/equity incentive plans, including the design, communication, and processing of all awards. Liaison with outside vendor in administration of long-term awards.Hires, coaches, mentors, and develops a team of compensation professionals, including helping them creatively customize successful strategies to drive individual and team results.Partners with Finance, IT, and Sales to create data-driven sales commission plans that support the growth goals of the Company.Participates in the development of materials for the quarterly Compensation Committee of the Board of DirectorsDirects job evaluation, job hierarchy and job description development and maintenance. Directs salary survey participation, and administration of the company salary structure. Ensures processes are in place to determine external and internal equity. Assists in annual pay equity analysis.Working with Finance and Legal departments, participates in the development of the annual proxy statement and other legally required reporting and disclosure documents.Provides guidance and advice on compensation policies, wage and hour regulations, and creative solutions to specific compensation issues.Designs and maintains compensation related databases and systems that support compensation programs throughout the organization.Develops and publishes annual salary administration guidelines, policies, salary ranges, and related tools.Provides advice to field HR and community management on pay decisions, policies, and guideline interpretation, including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation related programs.Develops processes and systems for providing compensation services and analysis to management and field HR.
