Quality Assurance Technician (Information Technology)

Overview: Fawn Manufacturing is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as a Quality Assurance Technician. We are looking for candidates with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong background in quality control. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will perform standardized quality control checks on our products to ensure they meet both legal and company standards for safety and quality. Responsibilities include maintaining calibrated test equipment, preparing test data, creating reports, and identifying areas for quality control improvement.
Responsibilities:
Perform standardized quality control checks on company products.Ensure products meet required legal and company standards for safety and quality.Maintain and calibrate test equipment.Prepare test data and create detailed reports.Identify areas for quality control improvement.Audit and inspect products and processes to assess compliance with established requirements.Review sheet metal fabrication, welding, and powder coating processes.Inspect incoming parts and components and reporting defects to purchasing teams.Report audit and inspection results to drive continual improvement.Maintain control of acceptance criteria, documentation, and records.
